1K Plastic Grundierfiller spray 400ml MIPA

Mipa 1K-Plastic-Grundierfiller-Spray is a fast drying plastic primer with good filling properties for the use on many commonly

used plastics in the automotive sector. Due to its special formulation Mipa 1K-Plastic-Grundierfiller-Spray can also be

applied on extremely difficult plastics such as PP without additional pretreatment. Complex processes such as

flame treatment or plasma processing become unnecessary in many cases. Recoatable with Mipa 1K and 2K topcoats.

Plastic primer aerosol 150ml COLORMATIC

PLASTIC ADHESIVE

ColorMatic plastic adhesive is applied directly as a primer and sticks very well on all plastic interior and exterior car parts, including bumpers, mirrors and tuning parts. It can be painted over after drying for about 10 minutes with, for example, ColorMatic 1K primer filler, plastic paint or pre-fill base coat.

The ColorMatic plastic adhesive is suitable for most car and lorry interior and exterior plastic parts.

ENVIRONMENT AND LABELLING

Environmentally sound: The products of MOTIP DUPLI are 100% free of heavy metals. The caps and packagings are made of recyclable material.

Disposal: Only the completely emptied cans should be put into the recycling skip or appropriate container for reclaimable refuse. Cans which are not empty should be disposed off as "special refuse".

Marking/Labelling: All products made by MOTIP DUPLI comply with the actual labelling regulations according to Preparation Guideline 1999/45/EG. All aerosols correspond to TRGS 200 and TRG 300 as well as to aerosol guideline 75/324/EWG in the actually valid version.

MIPA corrosion sealer 100ml

Mipa Rostversiegelung (rust sealer) changes the moisture content in corrosive layers into

carbon dioxide and therefore takes away the basis for further corrosion. The substrate is

inforced and sealed. A ferrous metal showing rust should be roughly sanded. Mipa

Rostversiegelung shows good penetration even in thick layers and stops also zinc corrosion.

Even shortly after application the corrosive layers are sealed and can be overcoated with 1Kor

2K-primers or polyester putties. Adhesive on iron, steel, aluminium and zinc.

One component fine filler, ideal for filling pinholes and finishing small uneven surfaces. Apply 2-3 light coats with a flash-off time and allow 30 minutes of drying. Can be easily sanded with P600-P1000 grit paper. Can be overcoated with all type of primers or paint systems.

1K Epoxy primer grey 400ml MIPA

Mipa 1K-Epoxy-Primer-Spray is a chromate-free epoxy resin based one-component primer surfacer with excellent

filling properties. Perfectly suitable as anti-corrosion coating. Furthermore, it offers a high insulating effect against

humidity impacts. Applicable on sanded intact old paint work and shop primers or directly on steel, aluminium and

zinced substrates. Mipa 1K-Epoxy-Primer-Spray provides a fast drying and excellent sandability. The very fine spraying

allows the product to be applied on the spot repair area without leaving coarse overspray spots in the transition

zone. The time for intermediate sanding is therefore reduced significantly.

Automotive spray paint 375ml

A solvent based acryl spray paint prepared according your specification. The color code is stated in the VIN plate on certain places of your car.

The product is suitable for minor car refinishing works (e.g.: spraying bumpers, fenders and other minor works)

Covering is aprox. 1m2 (dry film thickness aprox. 15-20 micrometers),

The paint has to be overcoated with a 1K or 2K clear varnish aprox. after 15 - 60 minutes.

We need to know all the following information:

- car brand
- year of production
- color code from the VIN plate

Instructions of use:

- if it's necessary to level the surface with a polyester putty ans sand it with a sanding paper folowing the instructions stated on the label on the putty

- spray appropriate filler
- sand the surface with a sanding paper gr. 800

- spray metallic spray paint in several thin layers (1/2 + 1 + 1 + 1/2) the flash off time is 2-5 min.

- after 15 min. it's absolutelly necessary to overcoat the surface with a clear varnish in several thin layers
- if you require perfect shine the surface is polishable after 24 hours
