Plastic primer 150ml MOTIP
MoTip Plastic Primer is a bonding agent for the final varnishing of car plastic parts with MoTip spray paints.
Suitable for car parts, garden furniture and other objects of coatable hard plastics.
Applicable for following hard plastics: polyurethane (PUR), polystyrene (PS), polyamide (PA), polypropylene rubber, modified (EPDM), acrylic butadiene styrene plastics (ABS), glass-fibre reinforced plastics (GfK), hard polyvinyl chloride (Hart-PVC).
Before application, we recommend to wet-sand plastic parts with presto wet-sandpaper P600 and to clean them with MoTip Degreaser.

MoTip 2-Coat Clear Lacquer is weather-resistant, high gloss finish for small scratches.
Absolutely necessary to seal all metallic and pearl lacquers to protect them from weathering and environmental impact.
Even suitable as top coat for MoTip Tuning Alu Wheel Paint (e. g. argento art.no. 06020).
Spray PRIMER 500ml MOTIP
MoTip Primer is the ideal primer for use as filler and as an adhesion promoter between surface and final coat. Coatable with air-drying acrylic-, synthetic and nitro-combi lacquers. For metal, wood, aluminium, glass, stone and many plastics .
The ideal primer for the subsequent coating with MoTip Kompakt.
Colour grey for all blue, green, golden and silver top coats.
Colour red for all dark-red top coats.
Colour white for all very bright top coats.
Colour yellow for all yellow top coats.
The Primer clings even on galvanized surfaces or old lacquer-sent, if they were cleaned before carefully with MoTip Degreaser.
Before the application of the top coat we recommend to wet-sand with presto wet-sandpaper grain 400.

INSTRUCTION MANUEL
Before use, carefully read and observe the warning texts on the label!
Preparation of the ground:
- Carefully clean rims from dirt, fat and brake-dust.
- Treat existing pore rust with presto Deruster.
- The ground has to be sanded, clean, dry and fat-free.
- Mask off the rim edges with masking tape.
- Use paper to protect surrounding area from spray-dust.
- Prime with CAR's Primer.
- After drying, slightly sand (sanding paper grain P600).
Lacquering:
- The surface has to be clean, dry and free from rust and fat.
- Before use, shake the can vigorously for 2 minutes.
- Test spray to check colour-matching.
- Spray several thin coats in 3 - 5 minute intervals from a distance of approx. 25 cm.
- After 60 minutes drying time, coat with MoTip Rallye Clear Varnish to protect the metal pigments in the lacquer.
- Do not spray over synthetic paints!
